Our founders grew up in a family of contractors, where one of us learned the ropes from his father, a plasterer and contractor, who instilled a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of business operations. From a young age, he helped with payroll and estimating costs for J & L Plastering Company, sparking a lifelong passion for small business development. His father’s ability to make small connections that led to big opportunities, such as working on the Feather Sound Country Club project, inspired us to create a business that would empower other entrepreneurs to do the same.
